The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Rookie Of The Year will be released later this month.
Inspired by Michael Jordan’s Rookie of the Year acceptance speech in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG comes in a gold and black colorway, a nod to the brown shirt worn by MJ. There is also white leather on the upper to complete the look. A detached layer on the ankle collar features MJ’s rookie stats and a hidden message by MJ himself that says,
“This award is nice, but I just feel it is very important for each individual to go out and contribute to his team.”
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High will be available as of November 17 for $160.
