The Air Jordan 3 OG 88 True Blue is returning on Black Friday. This retro will feature the now iconic Nike Air branding on the heel.
The classic True Blue first dropped in 88. The shoe resurfaced in 2001, and again in ’09. The Air Jordan 3 True Blue last released in 2011. The sneaker has never been retroed with the Nike Air branding on the heel.
In 2014 Jordan Brand announced that the Air Jordan 3 silhouette would be vaulted for an undisclosed period of time. As a result, sneaker heads have waited for what seems like forever.
The AJ 3 drought will end officially in November. The Air Jordan 3 OG 88 True Blue will end the years long hiatus by dropping alongside the Black Friday Air Jordan 3. The sneaker is due to release November 25, 2016.
