Adidas and Damian Lillard are getting ready for the warmer months with the summer ready Adidas D Lillard 2 PDX Carpet. The light palette makes this shoe ideal for the summer months.
This adaptation of the D Lillard 2 is a continuation of a trend that was started last year. The designers decided on a more subtle approach to the theme, with only the sole of the shoe bearing the Portland International Airport’s iconic carpet print (before the re-design).
The remainder of the shoe comes dressed in a light grey and white primeknit with red accents on the tongue and heel branding. The carpet print can be seen through the minty green translucent outsole.
Damian Lillard will be wearing the PDX Carpets during the “Take on Summer” in Asia. The Adidas D Lillard 2 PDX Carpet is set to release on July 1st at select retailers as well as online at Adidas.com.
