Fashion photographer Julien Boudet of Bleu Mode has teamed up with FILA to debut a limited-edition footwear style. The FILA Original Fitness Zipper x Bleu Mode silhouette will launch on May 26.
For this collaboration, FILA’s iconic Original Fitness silhouette features a crisp white, premium leather design, accented with subtle pops of marina blue and black hues. FILA logo hits appear on the midsole, above the flag and on the back heel, while the shoe’s tongue is co-branded with the FILA F-Box and Bleu Mode logos.
This signature FILA sneaker silhouette includes an updated design element – a silver zipper appears on the shoe’s quarter, opposite the FILA flag – offering a classic yet contemporary aesthetic.
The featured blue color, which can been seen within the FILA logo, is a nod to Boudet’s hometown, located right by the Mediterranean Sea, which also inspired the name Bleu Mode.
The FILA Original Fitness Zipper x Bleu Mode style retails for $89. Beginning on May 26, the footwear will be available exclusively at CNTRBND Toronto.
