Foot Locker has announced that it will gift a limited edition PINTRILL pin to any voter who visits a Foot Locker store on Election Day and presents an “I Voted” sticker received at the polls.

The red, white and blue pins are custom designed by PINTRILL, the Brooklyn-based lifestyle accessories brand, and feature the saying, “I Voted,” across the center of the pin. The pins will be available at all Foot Locker stores in the U.S. on a first-come, first-served basis. Shoppers should show the sticker they received from their polling location to a store associate. No purchase is necessary to redeem.

“At Foot Locker, we believe that every vote counts and with this partnership, we hope that we can encourage fans of Foot Locker to get out and vote. Regardless of individual political views, each American’s right to have their voice heard is something to be celebrated,” said Stacy Cunningham, vice president of marketing for Foot Locker. “PINTRILL is setting the trend in lifestyle pins, so it was a natural fit to partner and create an exclusive pin celebrating our democratic right to vote.”

“At PINTRILL, part of our brand mission is to stay on top of what is current, and what is happening around us – with that, we are able to create pins that are culturally relevant,” said Jordan Roschwalb, President and Co-Founder of PINTRILL. “It was really important for us to be able to be part of the election, since it is such a crucial time for our country. Partnering with Foot Locker on these exclusive pins is a really great opportunity and perfect fit for us because it allows us to put pins in so many hands, and encourage Americans to get out there and vote.”

Election Day marks the start of an ongoing partnership with Foot Locker and PINTRILL. Foot Locker and PINTRILL will also announce a limited-edition set of pins around Foot Locker’s fifth annual, “Week of Greatness,” beginning in mid-November.
